![]() We offer older youth a separate senior High class under the leadership of Matthew Glaser and a Youth Fellowship under the direction of our Youth Ministry Team. Adults can participate in a Sunday morning current events/Bible study/special interests class entitled F.A.O.ED. (For Adults Only: Education) or attend any of the regular occurring Bible studies through out the year. We strive to offer something for everyone. And if we don't have it this year, we'd readily add it on for the next program season. |

The Lord Has Risen — – AlleluiaSpecial Thanks — To our C.E. Department members, and to Kendra Egbert and Brian Goessl for their time spent filling eggs and organizing the Egg Hunt. Also, special thanks to Lynn Butler and Kay Nearing for all their hard work with our Children's Hand Bell Choir and to all of you who donated items and candies for this event. 21 Club—Congratulations to our most recent 21 Club inductees: Samual Abam, Emma Ares, Kyle Bloodgood, Lee Butler, Lexus Butler and Brian Goessl. We still have plenty of gold medals available along with confetti—so don't wait. Strive to be a member today. Beach Party "Surfing Through The Scriptures" VBS—July 7th through July 11th, 5:30 p.m.—8:30 p.m. Don't miss out on the fun. Registration forms are now available in Westminster Hall and in the Narthex. Come join us each night for dinner, games, songs, crafts, and lessons. We will have daily visits from our fun and crazy pink flamingo friend, Flame. Parents, please place all completed forms in the C.E. mailbox located on the Christian Education Office door. VBS Volunteers needed—Please sign up in Westminster Hall and join us July 7th through July 11th in one of our most rewarding outreach missions. Multiple positions are needed (Kitchen staff, teachers, registration table, classroom aids, actors, etc.) We can not do this without your help. Adult Painters Needed—As you know with VBS comes the task of backdrop paintings for our storytelling time. I will start the undaunting task of tearing apart the old backdrops and stretching new canvas for this year's scenes. If you are interested in bringing these scenes to life with color, please let me know. I am interested in getting a group of adults together for painting, fun and fellowship. I will supply the paint, music and beverages. Sunday School Family Breakfast—Join us on June 8th at 10:00 a.m. in the gym for a delicious breakfast celebration. Starting May 11th, sign-up sheets will be located on the table in Westminster Hall. Sunday School Closing—Believe it or not we will soon be coming to the end of yet another Sunday School year. Please join us on June 15th at 11:00 a.m. when we will gather in the Sanctuary for our traditional closing celebration—awards ceremony and a look at what your children have been doing throughout the year. We will then join together after service for our annual All Church Picnic in the Manse yard. Sign-up sheets for our picnic will be placed on the table in Westminster Hall in May. Please sign up and join us. |

Are you up to the Challenge...CE is implementing a new Sunday school attendance program for the children this year. The "21+ Club". All registered students must complete (24 classes)/40 minutes in each class, which is a total of 9 Units to receive the award. We ask that parents please bring your children to Sunday school on time. Our Sunday School program often provides snacks and juice for our children during the morning and sometimes during other classes and times. This can become quite costly. We ask you to continue to remember us as you grocery shop and pick up a package of juice boxes (any flavor—any brand) and leave in the church office. We have a never-ending need. Thank you SO much to those of you who are now regularly bringing us juice. |
